An all-inclusive employment package that is site and company specific and provides you and your managers with the following:
· Unlimited Service Level Agreement for Managers
· Unlimited narrative writing for business plans
· Contracts of Employment covering salaried, hourly paid and Zero Hour positions
· Employment Policies and Procedures that cover fourteen legal compliance policies.
· Employment checklist – I will liaise with your site manager(s) to ensure each employee has received & returned a signed COE and is in receipt of the employee handbook.
The retainer fee starts at £250.00 per month for up to three sites with an additional £50.00 per month for each site thereafter.
An all-encompassing package that is site and company specific designed to ensure compliance with monthly reviews and record keeping. The following will be provided to your manager:
· Polices covering the Legal Requirements of Premises License Holders
· Accident reporting policy and accident report documentation
· Incident reporting policy and incident report documentation
· Refusal Log and Policy
· Fire Safety log book, False alarm record, Fire Safety training record, Evacuation Policy
· Fire alarm testing record, emergency lighting testing record
· Licensing compliance checklist
· Site visit and set up meeting with the manager if required.
This package is designed to incorporate your Fire Risk assessment that is provided annually by your pub company. Any risks identified in your fire Risk Assessment will be included as part of your monthly checklist.
The retainer fee starts at £150.00 per month for up to three sites with an additional £50.00 per month for each site thereafter.
Combining both the Multiple Operator HR and the licensing/legal compliance packages into one monthly retainer fee of £400 per month which equates to £33 per week per site (based on 3 sites)
£100 per month per additional site there after.
The above are my starter packages which all tend to develop as my client’s business changes.
All retainer packages can be cancelled at any time. I just ask for 1 months’ notice.
