No — the BackBar HR app is a transient platform, meaning no data is stored. Documents are created and then emailed, ensuring GDPR compliance and full data protection.
Q: Can both direct employees and SLA operators be supported?
Yes — our package covers both models. We provide employment policies and documents for directly employed teams, as well as watertight SLA agreements for retail operators.
Q: What if I open a new site mid-contract?
You can add sites at any time. We’ll extend app access for the new team and include them in your compliance reporting. Additional sites are billed at £50/month per manager.
Q: Are documents customised per site?
No — documents are standardised to ensure consistency across all venues. However, every form includes a field for the venue name and email address, so submissions can always be tracked back to the correct site.
