I’m Lara, and I specialise in HR and compliance support designed exclusively for pubs and hospitality businesses. My mission is simple: to give publicans practical, no-nonsense HR solutions that save time, reduce stress, and keep your business compliant.
Before launching That HR Girl, I spent a decade as a Personal Assistant and HR Advisor in the corporate world. After that, I became a publican myself for seven years. Living and breathing both sides of the industry made me realise just how tough it can be for pub owners to stay on top of employment law and licensing while running a busy venue.
I decided to combine my corporate HR expertise with my hands-on experience as a licensee to create a much-needed, good value HR service designed specifically for publicans.
